Abstract— The migration of financial systems to the cloud has become essential for enhancing scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency. However, the highly regulated nature of the financial sector necessitates an adaptive cloud migration framework that addresses unique industry challenges such as data privacy, compliance, and security. This manuscript presents a comprehensive framework designed to facilitate seamless migration while ensuring compliance and maintaining operational continuity. A simulation-based methodology demonstrates the effectiveness of this framework, highlighting significant improvements in latency, security, and data integrity. The results suggest that an adaptive approach to cloud migration enhances resilience and aligns well with regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
