Abstract
The rise of data-driven decision-making has emphasized the importance of predictive analytics in enterprise systems. SAP ERP, a widely adopted Enterprise Resource Planning platform, supports core business processes but often lacks advanced predictive capabilities for dynamic and complex data patterns. Generative AI, a cutting-edge technology, offers transformative potential to enhance predictive analytics by generating synthetic data, filling gaps, and improving forecast accuracy. This study explores the integration of generative AI into SAP ERP, presenting a structured framework, reviewing relevant literature, and evaluating the results of a prototype model. Findings demonstrate significant improvements in forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and real-time decision-making, positioning generative AI as a critical enhancement for SAP ERP systems.
