Abstract
This study investigates the mechanical behavior of polymer‐based nanocomposites reinforced with carbon nanotubes and graphene nanoplatelets under uniaxial tensile loading. Emphasis is placed on stress–strain response, elastic modulus enhancement, yield strength, and failure mechanisms observed through experimental tensile tests and finite element simulations. Results demonstrate a significant improvement in tensile properties with optimal nanoparticle loadings, corroborated by statistical analysis. Findings contribute to the design of high-performance nanocomposite materials for structural applications.
