ABSTRACT
In a digitally inclined world email is an essential means of communication for individuals.However individuals who are visually impaired or physically disabled face significant problems to access and manage their emails at their workplace.This paper explore advance voice-based email system for visually impaired,mainly aimed at improving accessibility for visually,physically impaired individuals.The system uses the power of Google Gmail along with imposing technologies like Speech-to-Text(STT),Text-to-Speech (TTS), biometric authentication, and IoT.This system enables Visually impaired users to send and manage emails using Voice commands.The system developed using python reads the full email for the user also user can search the mail and check the new emails in the inbox.Python along with Django provides an interface to control the system using Voice commands whether user wants to send a mail or wants to listen a mail.The system developed with an accuracy of 99% for accessibility and independent usage of the email system.The system may also be applied for Telephonic communication in future to provide uninterrupted communication facility to physically disabled people.
