Abstract
Seamless Data Migration from Legacy Systems to Oracle Cloud ERP is an essential transition process that modern enterprises undertake to improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and overall competitiveness. The transformation involves extracting data from older, often fragmented, legacy systems and transferring it to a robust, centralized Oracle Cloud ERP environment. This migration not only eliminates the complexities associated with outdated technologies but also integrates advanced analytics, real-time reporting, and streamlined business processes that support strategic decision-making. The abstract focuses on the methodologies adopted to ensure a smooth data migration journey, emphasizing the critical role of data mapping, validation, and cleansing. It highlights the importance of a well-planned migration strategy that includes comprehensive risk assessment and mitigation measures to avoid data loss and ensure continuity. Additionally, the paper examines the role of automation tools and Oracle-specific utilities in expediting the migration process while maintaining data security and compliance with regulatory standards. Case studies of successful migrations are reviewed to identify best practices and common challenges encountered during the transition. The findings suggest that a meticulously designed migration framework not only reduces operational downtime but also accelerates digital transformation initiatives. Overall, the research underlines the strategic value of transitioning from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud ERP, ensuring that organizations can leverage cloud technologies to drive innovation, enhance performance, and achieve sustainable growth in a competitive business landscape. This study contributes valuable insights into the integration of modern cloud solutions with legacy infrastructures, offering a comprehensive roadmap for enterprises seeking transformative technological advancements.
