Abstract— This manuscript explores the transformative role of artificial intelligence (AI) in uncovering valuable customer insights within cloud-based retail data systems. With the proliferation of digital retail and the rapid adoption of cloud infrastructures, retailers have unprecedented access to vast volumes of customer data. AI-powered tools and methodologies can efficiently analyze this data, revealing actionable insights that drive personalized marketing, inventory optimization, and enhanced customer experiences. This study systematically reviews existing literature, presents a robust methodology for implementing AI models in cloud environments, and validates findings through simulations and equations relevant to customer behavior prediction. The results underscore the potential of AI-driven insights in retail, facilitating decision-making processes that are both data-driven and customer-centric.
