Abstract
This manuscript explores the recent advancements in flexible electronics, focusing on wearable health monitoring devices that enable continuous and non-intrusive monitoring of physiological parameters. The development of flexible and stretchable electronic systems has paved the way for real-time health monitoring solutions that integrate seamlessly into daily life. Wearable health technologies, such as smartwatches, patches, and smart textiles, leverage the power of flexible electronics to measure vital signs including heart rate, blood pressure, glucose levels, and body temperature. This paper delves into the integration of flexible sensors, low-power energy sources, and wireless communication systems essential for enhancing the performance of wearable health devices. The manuscript also examines the technological challenges facing these devices, including the need for improved sensor accuracy, data security, long-term wearability, and seamless integration with cloud systems for real-time data transmission. Furthermore, it explores the economic implications of widespread adoption of these devices and their potential impact on healthcare systems. The findings highlight the transformative potential of flexible electronics in providing personalized, continuous healthcare monitoring that can enhance both preventive and diagnostic care. Finally, the manuscript looks toward the future of wearable health monitoring devices, with advancements in materials science and power efficiency.
